Senior Movement

The seniors move program is designed to maintain strength and strong bones, while enhancing posture, muscle health, increase balance and enhanced agility. Better cardiovascular health, reduce stress levels, anxiety, and depression.

Improve cognitive thinking and self-esteem. Movement combinations increase memory, order, and sequencing skills.

With senior-friendly dance classes, it’s easy for aging adults to have a good time. Lively music, lots of peers and interesting instructions usually comprise senior dance classes.  The trained instructors modify traditional dance moves into age-appropriate routines and then help seniors learn.
