Two Classes Per Week | HarriganDance

In consideration of my participation in programs, conferences, or other activities sponsored or conducted by the Harrigan Educational & Cultural Center, Inc., I give permission for publication, performance, exhibition, or sale of all activities that feature me as a dancer, instructor, or any other capacity in which I may function.

Further, I discharge the Harrigan Educational and Cultural Center and Grace Baptist Church and their respective members, officers, employees, agents and conference facilitators, and their successors and assigns from any claim, action, liability, loss, damage, or suit, arising from or related to my participation in such programs, conferences or other activities.

I authorize and give full consent to the Harrigan Educational & Cultural Center Inc. (HECC) to copyright and publish all photographs/videos in which I appear in programs/activities conducted by HECC. I also agree that HECC can transfer, use, or cause to use such photographs for any and all exhibitions, public displays, commercials, art, and advertising purposes at any time and in perpetuity.

HECC adheres to all regulations within the facility. Masks may be worn for classes at the participant's discretion. We encourage patrons to wear a mask to protect themselves and others. If you are showing communicable symptoms, we ask that you please stay home. The academy’s policies are in place per the direction of the facility’s communication. They will be reviewed and implemented as our regulators, medical advisors, and/or government agencies provide new information relevant to public health. I understand that signing this release discharges HECC & Grace Baptist Church, any employee or staff, from any liability or claim against the facility. With respect to any bodily injury, illness, death, or medical treatment that arises from or has connection to, any services received from HECC & Grace Baptist Church.

PRIOR TO COURSE SELECTION PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING
1) Enrollment options reflect the full dance season. Fall 2024 October - December and Spring 2025 January - June 2025.
2) There is a one-time annual Registration Fee of $25.00 that is included in the course registration pricing below
3) Registration is on a Per-Student Basis. If multiple people are being enrolled, please complete the enrollment process once per student.

As a member of the HECC experience, I agree to participate fully in the code of conduct statute that produces safety, adheres to HECC regulations, and to treat each other with respect and decency. I’m a part of an organization that surrounds a culture of sisterhood, brotherhood, and support for the success of each other.

I agree :

Exhibit respect towards others. Bullying, inappropriate language, exclusivity behavior, and disrespect towards staff or others will not be tolerated.
Conduct myself in a respectful manner.
Abide by all safety precautionary procedures established by this organization
Any issues should be brought to the attention of the artistic Director for resolution.
